Hello Australia!

When I got out of the airport of Canberra, a warm wind embraced me. The sky was shiny blue , birds were singing: it was a wonderful day. I was extremely enthusiastic and looking forward to start my journey. I took my luggage and went straight to the agency which I had contacted several weeks ago. It wasn’t a common tourism agency, on the contrary this unique agency called “ enjoy the help” was specialized in finding volunteer work for young people who wanted to help. The greatest thing about this was that you were doing something worthy but at the same time visiting and getting in contact with the culture and people of the country.

When I arrived to the place , a young women interviewed me. She asked me , which were my skills that I could use to help other people.
-“Well , I am very strong-willed , I know how to play soccer and I’m keen on science, in fact I have a degree on it”
-“That’s wonderful! At the moment we need a science teacher in a school. And perhaps you could also teach them soccer.” She explained.
I never thought of being a teacher , but i actually loved the idea of interact with children and teach them different things. The assistant told me that classes started next Monday, and the school was in a little town near the beach. I had 5 days to explore and get to know this amazing country so I decided to sign in a four-day excursion to visit different iconic places.
